About the course

When does the course start and finish?

This course is self-paced so you may take as long as you need to complete it. There is no time limit for completion.

How long will I have access to the course?

Once purchased, you have 12 months/1 year to access lessons and course materials.

How do I access the course materials?

Log in to Digital Badge Academy Courses by clicking Sign Up/Login in the upper right of this page or by going here. Course videos are not available for download and must be viewed through the platform. Some items, such as course worksheets, will be available to download.

How long does it take to complete this course?

The course contains approximately 10.5 hours of instructional content. Most students complete the course within a week, although you can go at a pace that fits whatever schedule works for you. You have access for a full year from date of purchase.

What skills will this course teach me?

You’ll learn how to design a program from the ground up., everything from developing your business case to designing your emblems, to creating your program and operations. You will also learn how to get everyone on board to make your program a success. And at the end of the course you’ll have the opportunity to take a final exam and earn a digital certificate, which includes a QR code and the ability for anyone to verify your achievement.

What equipment/tools will I need to complete the course?

You just need a computer with an internet connection. A printer will be required if you prefer to print out any downloadable worksheets.

Getting help

How do I book my personal coaching hours?

Once you purchase your course you will be able to access the calendar schedule to book your office hours for Strategy, Operations, or Combined Strategy/Operations hours. If you have difficulty scheduling or have additional questions, please email support@digitalbadgeacademy.com and we will schedule your session. You may book in increments of a single hour at a time and additional office hours may be purchased as well.

How do I know how many coaching hours I have left?

Please review your course page. The number of hours remaining will be displayed there.

What payment methods are available?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted (Mastercard, Discover, Visa, American Express).

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes! On the checkout page under the “Billing Information” section, switch from the Credit Card radio button to the PayPal radio button. Choose your country and click “Enroll in Course” to be directed to the PayPal checkout.

Do you accept purchase orders as payment?

Yes! Email support@digitalbadgeacademy with specific details of which option you wish to purchase and a representative will work directly with you to make arrangements to pay by PO.

What if I am unhappy with the course?

We offer a full, no questions asked, 30-day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with the course for any reason, let us know within the first 30 days by emailing support@digitalbadgeacademy.com and we will refund your payment.
